Steven Gerrard has worked throughout the world on significant cultural and institutional projects. Projects include design for new academic buildings at the Wheeler School in Providence, RI; an expansion and renovation of the New Britain Museum of American Art in New Britain, CT, winner of 2007 AIA New England Merit Award for Design Excellence and a 2007 BSA Award for Design; an expansion and renovation of the Gaithersburg Library in Montgomery County Maryland; a Master Plan for the Hillwood Museum and Gardens in Washington, DC; a renovation and expansion of the Crandall Public Library in Glens Falls, NY; and expansion and renovation of the St. Matthews Church in Wilton, CT. Before joining ABA, Steve Gerrard worked on projects for the Boston Athenaeum, the New England Aquarium, the Getty Villa Museum, and the Berlin Museum.

Steven Gerrard holds a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from Lawrence Institute of Technology. He is currently serving as a Visiting Professor of at Roger Williams University and has served as a Visiting Design Critic for the Rhode Island School of Design, the Boston Architectural Center, and Northeastern University.
