Wolfgang Rudorf is a senior technical architect, with more than 30 years experience in design, analysis, and detailing of complex architectural systems. His projects include renovation and expansion of the landmark Cambridge Public Library; conversion of the Charles Street Jail to the Liberty Hotel in Boston; restoration of Old Playmaker’s Theater at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill; a Master Plan for the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens in Jacksonville, FL; and the Salem State College Library.

 

Before joining ABA, Wolfgang Rudorf served as Project Architect designing the expansion of the Hartford Public Library in Connecticut and expansion of the Hirshorn Museum and Sculpture Garden for the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC.

Wolfgang Rudorf holds a Master of Science Degree in Architecture from MIT and is a graduate of the School of Architecture & Urban Planning at the Technische Universität Berlin in Charlottenburg. He is a faculty member at the Rhode Island School of Design, has taught studios at the Boston Architectural College and was a Visiting Critic at Roger Williams University.
